If we continue to eat poisons like white sugar, white flour, the blood in animal flesh, and dead vegetables our bodies remain too dense and the ascension process can begin to manifest sicknesses throughout your entire body. In addition since you are 99.2% water so the water you drink is CRITICAL. Jesus (see the gospel of the Essenes) healed many using water....Learn how to work with the Angels of the water.

- YOUR PASSION: When you finally discover that you are an expression of "THE ONE" and "ONE" with "THE ONE" there is NOTHING YOU CANT Do...it then becomes a question of what am I supposed to do? What am I gifted for? What makes me come alive? How can I serve mankind? When you discover your true Passion life becomes an adventure and your work becomes as play.
- NOW MOVE TO YOUR HEART: Once you have mastered your mind and you begin to discover who you are and your giftings it then becomes time to work on your heart. The mind has two sides: Right Side Male...Left Side Female, positive/negative. Therefore when you create with the mind you are always creating resistance to all that you do. The heart is not like that. The heart has no polarity. The heart also has 10 times the magnetic power of the mind. Therefore when you learn to get down into your heart and live from there creating is a whole lot easier. This is not the easiest part. When you start working from the heart you find that all the past hurts that are stored there need to be dealt with. Once you are able to clear all of the past out of your heart you can then walk forward as "THE ONE" and all that you say and do becomes your reality very quickly.
